The service

TellMe provides subscribers with access to a curated database of journalist contacts via the @TellMePRBot Telegram bot, for the purpose of legitimate media outreach.

Subscription

Access costs SGD $9/month, billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Contact information provided by TellMe may only be used for legitimate, professional media pitching and press enquiries. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam to journalists in our database
• Resell, redistribute, or export contact data to third parties
• Use the data for any purpose other than media relations
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the database

Violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Data accuracy

We verify all contacts before they go live and refresh the database weekly. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time of your search. Always verify before sending a pitch.

Limitation of liability

TellMe is a data service. We are not responsible for the outcome of any media pitch, the response or non-response of any journalist, or any loss arising from use of our service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
