Who we are

TellMe (“we”, “us”) operates tellmepr.com and the @TellMePRBot Telegram bot. We are a Singapore-based product and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Data we collect about subscribers

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details) and your Telegram user ID to grant bot access.

Journalist data

TellMe lists journalist contact information sourced exclusively from publicly available pages on official news outlet websites (author pages, staff directories, press contact pages). We do not buy bulk lists, scrape social media, or guess email addresses.

If you are a journalist and would like to be removed from our database, email us at hello@tellmepr.com and we will action your request within 5 business days.

How we use your data

Subscriber data is used solely to manage your subscription and provide access to the Telegram bot. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days.
